Coverage Explanation - Car insurance
coverage in Oregon must provide a minimum of $25,000 for
injury liability for one person in an accident, $50,000
for all injuries in an accident, and $10,000 for property
damage in an accident.

1. All motorists in OR are required to have a minimum
of bodily injury (BI) liability, property damage (PD)
liability, and personal injury protection (PIP) insurance
coverage.
2. Motorists must carry proof of liability insurance
in their car and must produce it for any law official
when asked.
