Coverage Explanation - Car insurance
coverage in Arkansas must provide a minimum of $25,000
for injury liability for one person in an accident, $50,000
for all injuries in an accident, and $25,000 for property
damage in an accident.

Important Arkansas Auto
Insurance Laws!
1. All vehicles registered or operated in AR are required
to be covered by a liability insurance policy by a company
licensed in the state of Arkansas.
2. Under Arkansas Law, you are not required to carry
Uninsured Motorist or Underinsured Motorist insurance.
However, it will be included in any insurance package
-unless you specify (in writing) that you reject it.
3. Under Arkansas auto insurance law, if you cannot obtain
auto liability insurance through the voluntary market,
you may have your agent apply for coverage for you through
the Assigned Risk Plan.
